Simbree is delicious! I love all three flavors, but I have to say that the cashew coconut is my favorite. It was a pleasure to get to know the owner of this great company at Sea Otter. I can't wait to go grocery shopping, so that I can request Simbree. If lovin' Simbree is wrong, I don't wanna be right.

Best trail snack I've tasted so far. The ingredients don't include sugar, glucose or anything like that, and even though I don't usualy dig coconut, the cashew coconut is to die for. This is a real treat.

I've tried a bunch of different energy bars, and none come close to the delicious flavor of this one. It also satisfies my hunger in a sustaining way. Just the right mixture of sugar and protein to make it taste great but doesn't leave me with a craving to eat too much, and doesn't drop me into a hypoglycemic dump an hour later, the way many other products do.

Derek had some of these on a ride yesterday and they were tasty. I like the small bite size, too. I almost never eat a whole bar in one ride. So having smaller pieces to eat makes sense to me.
